We dedicate ourselves to perfecting the chiffon cake, a simple yet incredibly difficult cake to accomplish. Our handcrafted artisanal confectioneries are made fresh daily. We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality. We extract fresh pandan juice directly from pandan leaves to ensure natural pandan flavours for our cakes. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy! Mypandancake Delight.
Our Story
MyPandanCake started in 2021 as a boutique artisanal cake shop in downtown Toronto. We were warmly welcomed by our local Cabbagetown neighbours for our consistent and notably high-quality creations. Through word of mouth and dedication to quality, we quickly assimilated into the neighbourhood.
We believe that a multicultural city like Toronto is the perfect place for us to share our culture. The PandanCake is the national cake of Singapore, and we mix traditional recipes with modern techniques in our craft.
We are a talented team of pastry chefs, bakers, delivery drivers, marketers and customer service representatives passionate about providing quality cake and excellent service.
