MyPandanCake started in 2021 as a boutique artisanal cake shop in downtown Toronto. We were warmly welcomed by our local Cabbagetown neighbours for our consistent and notably high-quality creations. Through word of mouth and dedication to quality, we quickly assimilated into the neighbourhood.
We believe that a multicultural city like Toronto is the perfect place for us to share our culture. The PandanCake is the national cake of Singapore, and we mix traditional recipes with modern techniques in our craft.
